Turkish Airlines has been the title sponsor of the Turkish Airlines Open since 2013, previously hosting some of the sport’s biggest names, including Tiger Woods, Sergio Garcia, Martin Kaymer, Justin Rose, and Rory McIlroy. The event has long been a highlight of the DP World Tour, drawing elite players and global attention to Turkey’s growing golf scene.
Beyond professional golf, Turkish Airlines continues to foster the sport’s growth through the Turkish Airlines World Golf Cup—the world’s largest amateur golf tournament. This year, the competition spans 117 destinations across 73 countries, solidifying the airline’s global influence in golf.
With the 2025 Turkish Airlines Open set to reestablish Antalya as a premier golfing destination, the return of this high-profile event promises world-class competition and a renewed spotlight on Turkey’s rich sporting culture.
